Over the weekend we upgraded from GP 8 to 9. We are having one problem. When we select:
Transactions -> Purchasing -> Purchase Order Entry
We receive the error message:
Purchase Order Processing setup information is missing or damaged
We do not enter PO's directly, we use a 3rd party product, ReqLogic, and push to GP. This seems to be the only problem we are having. I assumed the currency may have to be setup because when we tested this was necessary in version 9 for another application that was using eConnect. So far, I have not had any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
