Dynamics GP 2010 Emailing PDF issue

Hi All,
Hopefully someone has seen this before. We have recently upgraded to GP 2010. We are running the GP client software on a Citrix server for multiple users.

We have been able to generate emails with invoice attachments, however, the end result has issue.

The HTML attachments are not justified properly so we switched to the pdf attachment.

The pdf attachment function works minus the customer data. The pdf file shows box line formating and charge details - but it is missing the customer data, our company logo (all invoice headers).

The customer data settings have been selected.

Originally we only had Adobe Reader V7 installed, but we have since installed Adobe Acrobat Pro V9 - with the same results.
