Dynamics GP 10 VBA help

Hi All
I am looking for some help on a very small VBA project, Iwant to change the system default on the BOM View window in manufacturing to Item rather than Position.

I understand that my options are VBA and DEX, it seems like it should be fairly simple in VBA but I unfortunately don't know how so any help would be greatly appreciated.
