I was wondering if there is a was to dynamically change a table, basically redraw, without submitting the page.

Ex. I have a multiple select box, I select a couple of records, then I hit Apply and the changes occur in a table below the multiple select box.

Any help would be great I am dealingwith business user who don't understand the differences between dynamic content and static content.

hi
have you found something?

it might be done thru divisions.. (i saw two of these questions today, just in last hour..)

but it would work properly in ie5+ (may be 4.5+) & nn6..

something like:
function addition(){
//syntax is for ie5+ & nn6
var obj=document.getElementById("aaa")
obj.innerHTML+=&quot;<table><tr><td>tra-ll-lala</tr></table>&quot;
}

..

<select onchange=&quot;addition()&quot;>
..

<div id=&quot;aaa&quot; style=&quot;position:absolute;&quot;>here would be a new table... may be...
</div>
