Dynamically inserting Picture on Button in a Form

Is there anyway to insert a picture to a button on a form? I would like to insert picture on a button if a particular condition is true. If not, display the button without a picture.

If this is possible, can someone share the code or refer me to a URL that I could read how to.

The command button has a "picture" property

cmdButton.picture = "C:myPic.bmp"

Take a look at this db. This gives a good trick to save your images in the database.
