dynamically adding columns to a form

Hi,
I have a table that has columns appended, how can I display those appended columns on a form. When I create the form I initially set the columns. So I would like to dynamically alter the form when the table changes. I alter the table with code based on user input.

This can be done, but it is just a bad idea.
If your are adding fields (columns) to a table, I can just about guarantee your database is not well designed and your data is not normalized. I would look at normalizing your data instead of coming up with this workaround. Acces does not work well with creating dynamic controls, although it can be done.
If interested in fixing the root of the problem. Provide some details on the table, and why you think you need to add fields. Likely we can suggest a better structure making this easier and more flexible.

The report must have input fields (Certificates) that are displayed as columns. So when a user enters or deletes one of these certificates, how can I display the latest column changes?

I was thinking of building a form from scratch but this might too much work and prone to bugs.

Is your report format driving your table structures and forms? As MajP noted this is a bad idea. Reports can be formatted about however you want and shouldn't dictate your table structure.
