Hi all,

Scenario:
A corporate WAN with routers A and B.
Router A is running IOS12 with OSPF and acts as the defafult gateway for the LAN. Everything A doesnt
know how to reach is sent to B
Router B is running IOS12, uses static routes and
is pointing to Internet
Router A has a serial link X to reach a remote corporate point Z

Problem:
Whenever link X goes down, router A loses the route to reach Z ( it is OK) and send the packets directed to Z to router B ( Ok)
As router B filters corporate addresses , no problem.
But when link X comes up again, the boxes in the LAN still have B as the route ( a wrong one) to reach Z that becomes unreachable ( thats the problem) in spite of being propered routed by A and in spite of the X up link state

Which is the turnaround to this?
Any suggestion, help, hint, pointer.....will be deeply appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Ada Maria
