I had looked in the FAQ without much sucess.

I spent several hours searching the web & could only find sites trying to sell courses. Other than dreamweavers own web site.

Thanks both of you for your help,

Sorry if I seem to have asked stupid question.

Your last links look just what I am looking for!

Thanks again!

Chris.

One of the best places to start is right within Dreamweaver MX. Just go to the Help Menu, then click the contents Tab. Then click on the Getting Started. Now click on Understanding Web Applications and all the other topics below it. Then you'll see the next main topic, Tutorials, and read the Building a Master Detail Page Set and Building an Insert Record Page. Skip the Dreamweaver Basics, if you like, but the next topic, Preparing to Build Dynamic Sites is important. All of this within Dreamweaver Help. If you want a book: The Joy of Dreamweaver MX. It took me an entire semester to learn this and there's so much more, but these are the things we used for reference. Hope this helps.
