Hi all, My Requirement is as below.

Say I have two fields A and B.

When I select a value say X for the field A using the drop down, the field B should be automatically mandated.

But, when I select a value other than X for the same field A, the field B should not be mandated.

That is Field B should be validated dynamically based on a value in field A.

Could you please help me in achieving this scenario.
A sample code will be much appreciated.

Thank you,

Kishore Royal

In this forum we may offer help if you have specific questions, but I don't think you will get anyone to code for you

Cheers,
Dian

>drop down
It does not generally appear in the vocabulary of xml; it does at the application level such as in the rendering of an xhtml/html via a browser. So it is not clear at all what the question is about.

@Diancecht , Hi, I am aware of that and I am not asking for an exact code. All I wanted to know is how to achieve this.

To Clarify my situation, I am using a tool to create a process flow, which creates an XML code in the back ground.

I am a Mainframe Programmer and completely new to XML.

So Just wanted to try in this forum if I can get some Help.

Thank you all in advance.
