Dynamic Text Boxes w/ HTML....

I have a menu system for an internet site where I want there to be a dynamic text box that is using HTML and is displaying a list of menu items. THe only problem is: how can I make these links in this dynamic text box point to another frame within the movie?

So the HTML in the text box is pointing to another frame within the flash movie - is this possible?

Could probably be done with javascript and the Flash Methods... But could be easier to use a "fake" text box as described by Ivan1, in this thread250-141620.
