As per the response on pbxinfo, these codes are not general knowledge information. They are there for Tadiran support.
You can work out what some mean by simply watching the real time status as you perform actions with a phone - at idle you'll notice it being one value, off hook gives another value, ringing gives another value, speech gives another value and so on. But If you want exact details on what all the possiblities mean then you'll need to speak to Tadiran directly. If you're a developer who wants to create some sort of CTI application then I'd say you would be able to get them but as a general user I doubt it.
