I have a report based on a parameter query that filters records by year.

My question is this, is there a way to incorporate the year information into the report's title?

For instance, if a user types the parameter "2003" into the message box, I would like the report title to read: "All Trainings for 2003"

Thanks.

the best way to accomplish this is to move away from the parameter query and develop controls to reference...on the form where you click the button to open the report, place a small text box....in the query, where you have the [parameter], put Forms![FormName]![ControlName] and add the same in the report control where you want to include the info....="All Trainings For " & Forms![FormName]![ControlName]

You can also create a text box control, delete the text box label and paste this statement into the control source
="All Trainings for " & [queryParameter]

Thanks. This works great.
