Dynamic Report Naming ( or Renaming )

I have reports designed for our sales staff that currently print grouped by region (ie: report_x). I filter these by region and print them to a pdf file using pdf995 then rename them (ie: west_report_x, etc). I can dynamically change the report name (ie: west_report_x) to reflect the region by changing the Caption on form open as long as I preview it first. However, I want this function automated but when it is not previewed first the report name stays generic. Any ideas? If it's not possible, how do I pause the function until the report is generated the rename it?

try putting the whole thing in the onFormat event of the report, or OnPrint event if you're not viewing it first...
