Dynamic Range in Excel

There are heaps of postings explaining how to make dynamic range as Pivot table source.
I discovered that Excel has this built in.
In Excel, Insert>Name>Dynamic Range Name... does this.

Please note - this only applies to 2003 (I guess - certainly isn't there in XP !)
