Dynamic Pick List for parameter setup ?

I am trying to get the dynamic pick lists set for my parameters in a bunch of reports. I have CR XI and Enterprise. I have searched through a lot of stuff and not found a good link for how to setup the business views etc. Or at least that is how I think i have to do it.I don't have admin permission for the enterprise but if i can get all the info on how to setup my admin will give me admin will give me permission while he sits and watches. I wish i could just go in and play with it but i don't have that chance. My pick list source is from a SQL datasource, the one field i am usually linking to in my reports is FACILITY.

I tried it but i get rerouted to a BI page that is not helpful. Anyone have this pdf?
I have business view manager installed but because i don't have any rights i have little skill with it. thanks for your help.

I found the pdf listed above. I will see if it helps. Here is the link i found, it asked for a password and i cancelled it and it still opeened.
