No it does not. There is a great 3rd party solution for this though:

I'm not sure if your question about using formulas is in relation to my DataLink Viewer solution.
If it is, then the answer is yes. DataLink Viewer allows you to turn any formula you can present is a Crystal report into the source of parameter values.
