Dynamic Parameters and CR XI. Data is being ommited from popups Help!

I have a situation with about 300 organizations and each organization may have several programs.

I am trying to create a dynamic cascading popup, where the user can choose the organization and then the program or programs the user wants to see data on.

When I create a dynamic cascading popup, only about half the organizations populate the popup. for those organizatiosn that populate the popup, the related programs appear correctly.

If I create a dynamic popup only for the organizations (without making it cascading), then all the organizations come into the popup.

Is there some sort of limit to the number of values that is not explicitly stated.

It sounds like CR XI may have the same problem as earlier versions where it limits the number of records that it reads when populating drop-downs with field data. There are a couple of registry settings that should resolve the problem.
