dynamic parameter values

Is there a way (CR 9, 10 or 11) to get a list of possible values for the user to select that are a database field's values, and have that be dynamic (refresh on every run). Meaning, I want to be able to have a drop down list of possible values that gets updated if extra values are added to the database. I know how to get the list of values populated from the table's field, but this doesn't change if more values are added to the table.

Crystal XI is the first version that provides dynamic (and even cascading) parameters. For prior versions, you would need 3rd-party Crystal utilities to provide that functionality.
