Dynamic parameter, but need option for ALL

Crystal Reports 2013 on a MS SQL Server database. I have a nice Crystal Report for commissions with a Salesperson parameter. It works great, but I'd like to add an option for ALL salespeople. Is there a way to do this with a dynamic parameter? Especially since ALL is not a valid salesperson in the database.

Any insights appreciated.
