Dynamic message on helpdesk line

IS there a way of being able to record a dynamic message and including it in an announcement before queuing to a hunt group? ie in response to a particular agent being logged in or some other trigger?

Apologies if this is a daft question but I'm still waiting for my training..
 
Can you provide an example of what you are trying to achieve?
 
Thanks for responding. I've sussed it. I've put an auto attendant in-front of the work group which I can update via phone

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
