Dynamic LOV only runs for Administrator account

We're running Crystal Server XI and using dynamic LOV's with our report parameters. When I build and test the reports as Administrator there is no problem, the LOV is generated without a problem. When I log into InfoView and view the report as Administrator once again no problem. If I then log in as another user I can view the SAME report and LOV without a problem but when I try another report with the same LOV I get an error saying the LOV object couldn't be retreived. When I view the report as Administrator once again there is no problem and then I can subsequently view it and the LOV as another user for a period of time then I revert back to the error message.

I can't spend my day constantly previewing reports as Adminsitrator, so this isn't a viable solution!

Has anyone run into this or have any idea they's like to offer up?
