All,
I've been using Named Ranges in Excel to create data validation lists for other sheets. However, I'm finding this approach isn't really dynamic. If a new item is added to the list, the range has to be redefined, and my users don't know how to do this. If I give a big area to allow for new entries, then the drop-down lists have a bunch of blank elements in it, and they don't like that.
Is there a better solution (in sheet/in cell) for this problem?

Best Regards,
Scott
