Dynamic Jump Menu

I have a asp page that is populated by a SQL database.

I would like to use a single jump menu to choose which information is sent to page.

The choice would be from one column and one field name.

Does anyone know where I can find similar examples of this?

Do you mean a drop down list of menu choices and when one of the options are selected the user is sent to the second page with the value selected?

TIP: trying googling the answer before posting, you'll find that more times than not someone else somewhere has had the same request and posted an answer online.
