Dynamic IP -> Static IP

My domain is dynamic, but i wnat it to be static, is there any possible solutions to this problem,
any help would be appreciated

Solution #1: Pay your ISP for a static ip address
Solution #2: Use service like DynDNS which is still not a static IP address, but might acheive your goal.
