Dynamic Input Tables

Hey InDesigners,

I’m looking to make a PDF file with a dropdown menu ranging from 1 to 10. This number will then denote the number of lines in a dynamically adjustable table, which the user will then fill out and send back.

Are PDF forms capable of doing this form of dynamic alteration?
