Hi everybody,

I have an sharePoint portal for customers who can recieve an invitation email with an url. I would like to make an new webpart or use an exist webpart like this scenario:

The url of my SharePoint portal is for example:
The url of an external web application is:
Is it possible to make an virtual url like this for in the invitation email:


And then get the parameters and load the external page in an iframe in the sharepoint portal?

So this url below must be loaded in an iframe in the portal:


I hope this is possible because I differently must use an ugly popup!!

I would create a custom web part based upon the page viewer web part. I would look at the incoming url and pull the query string parameters and then translate that into the the url of the external web app and use that url to display in the custom web part.
