Hello all --
I have a shot in the dark here, hoping that someone might have some experience doing something like this.
Creating dynamic .gifs at runtime using calculated variables from a database. Specifically, pie graphs.
For a while now, I have been making bar charts. They're not very difficult due to their square nature (easily formatted w/ tables), but I have seen sites that have a choice for pie charts.
I viewed the properties for these .gifs and they were something like 12548679.tmp.gif which tells me they just got made when I requested the chart. Very cool, and very interesting.
Anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this?
ps. flash is out of the question (thx to NS).
Thanks!![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
