Dynamic Filter for last Monday of Last Month

I am trying to create a Filter on a Date Attribute which dynamically selects last Monday of last Month irrespective of the Number of Days in the Month.

I am going to use this Filter in a Custom Group which has some other Elements.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

why don't you just use a dynamic date filter?
