Hello,

Can you please help me, if you know, if in the file name we can put the value of a field from a table which the report has in?

Thank you,
Panos

Are you saying that you want to save the Crystal Report under a different file name dynamically? If so, there is no way to do that with the out of the box Crystal Reports.

Thank you all for your replay.
I will try to find out if R-Tag Report Manager can do this and i will let you know.

If what you are looking for is to dynamically name export files, I have used and am happy to recommend VisualCut from Millet Software. I'm pretty sure they do evaluation licensing to give you a chance to check out the product and they are very good to deal with if you have any issues.

Regards
Pete

thank you pmax9999, i will try to contact with Millet Software!
