Dynamic Extension Problem

I have a problem similar to the problem JAKT99 had previously.
I just set up dynamic extension on a 3300 MXE (12.0.3.15) with a 2000 cabinet with analog DID's. The set is a 5340. Dialing out uses LS analog trunks.
When the EHDU is not present in the PRG, the desk set rings proper. When the EHDU is present, the desk set rings once then stops ringing but the EHDU (cell) continues to ring. When the EHDU answers, you can do the handoff back and forth between the 2 sets with no problems.

The same thing also happens when I call into the auto attendant through the LS analog trunks and transfer to the PRG.

The ESM help indicated that PRI is the trunking of choice for this to work and all my other sites use that with no problems and the programming appears to be proper.

Any suggestions??

I noticed this exact behaviour on the one and only site that I tried it with analog trunks.

I assumed it was the nature of the beast.

The Documents only state that use of analog trunks is discouraged due to lack of answer supervision.

My suggestion would be to call tech support to clarify.
