Currently i understand u can only play the EWT message once - when the user calls and hits the queue. Are there ways to play it in such a way that the caller is informed about this dynamically i.e a change from 10 min EWT to 5 min EWT for instance. It's bad enough to be informed that u will wait for 5 min and end up waiting 10
