Hi

I have a little problem. We are running a SharePoint Portal Server 2003 over here. We are using this platform mostly as a Document exchangeing place. But we dont want to only run one single Library. We would like to create a big hierarchy of Portal Sites.
Here are the Problems with that:

1. Its not possible to have one Folder but several webparts which all lead to a subfolder of that folder. What we would like to have would be a Folder which we can browse with the Windows Explorer from every client machine. If i create a document library on a site, it automatically creates a random folder in the server resource structure which is really hard to find if you have many many document librarys.

2. The Style and Setup of the Document Library webparts. If we create many document librarys and we want to change something on them, we have to change it on every webparts. But what would be cool was if we could link all webparts to one webparts so if we change that one, the others get changed automatically too.

Well if someone knows something about these things, an answer is very welcome. If you have questions about it, go ahead and post them in my thread!
Thanks alot
bye
