Dynamic DNS on BEFSX41

I keep getting a failed Authentication message on the built in DDNS client on a BEFSX41 router. I am sure I have the info correct as I can log into DynDNS.org with the same credentials. Could the router be garbling the info on the way out or way back?

You may be blocked by DynDNS.
Email them to find out.

Nope, problem with the DDNS client in the router. I loaded a demo client on a PC at that location and it updated. Guess I need to downgrade the firmware to get the DDNS working. All of my other "old" firmware routers work.
