Dynamic distribution groups not showing up under "all groups" 1

I have distribution groups both dynamic and static, the static groups are showing up under the "All Groups" choice in Outlook when choosing another address list, the dynamic groups are not. Is this by design for some reason or am I missing something? GAL is updating the way it should and I see both groups in the GAL, it's just my GAL is lengthy and my users like to choose another list from the options and the "All Groups" list only shows the static distribution groups.

I think I answered my own question... I did this at the shell.

Set-AddressList "All Groups" -IncludedRecipients MailGroups

and it added all mail enabled groups which is fine as far as I can see.
