Dynamic Distribution Group Members does not receive mail

Hey.
I've got a (to me)weird problem.

I've got a dynamic distribution group, where not everyone who is a member, receives mails send to the group.
The group Filters on Company and State/Province so there shouldnt really be anything fancy about this.
( i double checked that users is a part of the group)..
