Hi

I have had problems with one of my file servers (it’s kaput) but the data was stored on 2 Hard Drives (Disks 3 and 4) that were mirrored using W2K. When I added the disk to another server the disk is not displayed and in Disk Manager it is displayed as a foreign disk. I think this behaviour occurs because the mirror was not broken as the server had crashed

I have a tape backup but I would like to know why this behaviour has occurred and whether the data can be retrieved. Any input/help would be appreciated.
