I am currently redesigning my website. Ideally I would like to create a template page and then contain the content in a database.

Would you say that a PHP/mySQL combination would be best? Also does anyone have any favorite tutorials for doing the above.

The scripting method depends on what your server allows.

As for database engines, you'll find religious fanatics for most of the different kinds.

My current host allows any scripting method, Asp, PHP, perl, cgi etc...

However I will need to upgrade my package accordingly. Hence the reason for asking advice [bigsmile]

I have some experience in ASP and Access - however I din't think an access DB would be up to the job.
