dynamic content!

Good evening,

i need help on creating a dynamic xml page with two frames, in each one different rss feed should appear. Because the size should be about 480 x 288 pix, the content should appear or crawl within 20 sec. ( feed after feed)

To have a better understanding, please have a look on this image.


Please let me know what kind of tools i can use to create such a concept.

HTML, CSS and some server-side code (such as ASP) will be enough. Although you may need some javascript depending on what functionality you need.
