Dynamic columns report

I have to design report which will have dymnamic columns for eg Products produced for that month.
How to handle such a situation? Crystal Reports seems to be very unfriendly software. Any body knows other alternatives? or is there any easy method to do it in CR itself?
Please help me

You might concider using CrossTabs! I do that in a similar report, where item ID is in the rows, and the amount produced by month is in the columns. By using CrossTabs you also get dynamic columns.
