Dynamic Columm Labels...alignment problems!

Hi,

I have column headings that come from the database, and can be different lengths. But, if one is very long and wraps, the rest of the columns are still on the same plane, meaning they are one line above the column that wrapped!

This is bad formatting. Any suggestions on how to bottom align dynamic column headings??
