Dynamic Cascading Parameter Selection List

I have a dynamic cascading parameter that I created through a business view. One part of the parameter selection is Log On Rights (if you want to see users with Log On Rights, without or both) and the other part of the parameter selection gives you a list of users depending on what you chose for the Log On Rights. My problem is that the list of users is huge and it's only going to get longer once we add more sites to our database. I was wondering is there any way to allow the user to begin typing in part of the user's last name in order to sort through the list faster? I don't want the user's to have to scroll through a huge list of people just to find the 2 or 3 users they want to run the report for.

I'm using an oracle database, CR and BOE XI R2.

Thanks for any suggestions.
