Dynamic and Enhanced Reports 1

Hello,

We have installed Cognos 7.2 recently on our server.

Powerplay reports are opening in Generic and Dynamic types, but not in Enhanced type.

I have set the relevant options in Enterprise Server to open in Enhanced type, but the reports always open in Dynamic type.

If I set to open to Generic type, it detects and opens in Generic mode, if set to Dynamic it opens in Dynamic type, but if set to Enhanced mode it still opens in Dynamic type only.

Can anybody help if I am missing some setting to open the reports in Enhanced type

What version of Internet Explorer are you using? You need IE6 or above to view a cube in enhanced mode. Doesn't work with 5.5 or below.
