I have an ISDX with three groups in a call center, we have 200 licenses(?) for agents, the super wants me to set all of the AICs so that an agent can log into any of the groups. Currently each group has about ten agents working at a time, he wants the flexibility of allowing any agent to log into any of the three queues, making the size of each queue dynamic. Can any one help me?
