Hi Guys/Gals,

Does anyone know if it is possible for say a supervisor to dynamically assign poeple to different cs queues without logging the agents off and on using different agent ids.

For instance make agent x be part of queues 2 and 1, then after queue spike remove that agent from queue 2 etc.

I know I3 type solutions can deal with something like this via customised handler, is the same thing available using IPCC Express?

Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know the answer to this? Is it possible to write scripts to manipulate the data to manipulate the behaviour or will this void TAC support?

Cisco doesn't really support writing directly to their databases. It would be worth checking out the srnd for IPCCX 4 to see if it support this.

Oops for got say if you bypass the routing engine writing to the dB it is likly not to reflect the changes anyway.
