Hi

We were using MS Access 2010 and ran a report to print labels to a Dymo label printer. This was under windows 7.

We have had to upgrade to a new computer and this is now MS Access 2016. I have loaded the printer and given it the exact same settings as the printer on the windows 7 computer, with new drivers for windows 10.

The problem is when we print labels it is not keeping the report to one label. It prints one address label over about 6 labels now.

Is there something in Access 2016 I am not aware that needs setting to make it go back to one address per label. It is the exact same database as before just running it in 2016 and not 2010.

I have checked the printer settings many time and all looks ok. If I go into print preview of the report it clearly puts itself over 6 to 7 pages.

I put the old computer back up running windows 7 and office 2010 and the preview and label prints fine, on one label .

Any ideas what may need changing in the Access 2016 side of thing

Thanks in advance.

Hi

Thanks for the file. My code level is now here near your example unfortunately, so I am not sure what to do with the code or how to adapt it to our database.

Until now I have used the print buttons given with windows and access forms, so apart form the actually print settings on the actual printer I have had no need to pout code in to print.

Thanks
