I wonder if anyone can help me with this problem. I'm running Citrix 1.8 on a NT4 Terminal server. I run a program that requires label printers at the remote sites. After I install the Dymo labelwriter printers on COM 1, and add the 'net use com1: \\client\com1:' to the login scripts, each time that I attempt to print to the printers from the remote sites, I get an error that the com port could not be opened. This is driving me absolutely crazy! How he hell do you print to com1: with %*&#* Citrix 1.8?
