I am trying to send a dxf file across to Corel Draw 10 however it does not seem to recognise it and I have to convert it to a bit map image. Also when I try to send a file to Microsoft Publisher 2000 it does not recognise the format (*.cdr) I have reloaded MS Publisher but it still will not work. Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted. (PS. its not Autocad but HP Me10 mech designer still a dxf file though)

Not sure about the dfx file, but when I send an image to another aplication I click on "file - publish to the web - web image optimiser. This opens up a window with two versions. in the right hand window click on the down arrow next to "original". This allows you to save it as jpg, gif or png. Hope this helps.
