DXDIAG AGP acceleration

i have...

Ati Radeon 9700 Pro 128mb
Abit MB nvidia nforce2 ICP chipset
Amd Athlon Xp 2500+ at 2.2ghz
1gb ram


Anyways this is the problem, under dxdiag AGP acceleration is unavaliable. How do i get this corrected? Yes i updated to the most recent bios drivers and most recent direct x and my display drivers.

Sounds to me as either the AGP is disabled in the BIOS or the chipset driver is not properly installed.

Look at those two items and let us know!

chipset driver istalled correct and AGP is enabled in BIOS. Under smartgart for the radeon drivers AGP is set to 8x and fast right is set to off. Now my MB is cabable for fast write and it is enabled in my BIOS and my video card supports it also but if i turn it to on and reboot when i get to windows i freeze.
