I have an ACS rel 6, Ext 12 has a DXD button on what should be co 4, there is no ASA/dxd card in system, and DXD can only can be assigned to ext 10 normally. Any ideas how to clear it?

Somethings terribly scrambled in the memory on that system - you may find crazy things like pressing that "DXD" button can cause calls to disconnect. I would recommend that you default the processor and start again

Thanks Tom sure looks that way, since I posted about DXD button I also found 3 different ext's where I'm unable to add a CO line, when when in programming for one of those ext's various buttons are lit even though they say blank, and unable to add certain existing CO them.
Doing a 728 does not clear any of the problems, looks like a complete default or replacement today, Thanks again

728 is just a reset. Good for clearing problems with ports on the system. Crazy issues like yours would require a system default.
