Recently setup an ACD group for one of my customers, only prob now is that it rings around 30secs before the 1st Ran is played, even if there are agents free.
Any idea the command to reduce this time to say 10secs.

Hello, this answer depends on what software the system is running. First i'll assume later than 6.1

list the group with LACE <group number>

check what R1FA (rad 1 forced answer) is set to; it should be N unless you want the callers to hear the message before ringing the agents

Use LRAD <group number> to check the rad delay time and revise with RRAD.

if the software is old then the delay is set with the RNGT parameter in LACE/RACD
